Spring Grant Cycle

• March 1, The Foundation mails Request for Proposals (RFP) applications to 501(c)(3) organizations.
• Please forward your organization's name and mailing address to The Hollyfield Foundation to be included in our list.
• Letter of Intent is due by March 15.
• The application specifies all requirements to be eligible for funding.
• Follow the application and check list to ensure your application is complete and all required materials are enclosed.
• Incomplete or inaccurate applications will not be considered!
• We can only fund 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations which support our mission. No individuals or other organizations can receive funding.
• The applications are due April 30.
• Decisions as to funding are made exclusively by the Board of Directors.
• Decisions are generally made by mid June.
• Organizations will be notified by mail as to acceptance or denial of funding.
• Grant checks are awarded late June.

Fall Grant Cycle

• Instructions for the Fall grant cycle are the same as above.
• The letter of intent is due by August 31.
• With a grant submission deadline of September 30.

Interim Grants are available for smaller projects. To apply, send a cover letter stating the purpose of the project and include a copy of your mission to The Foundation offices. Address the letter to Coy Tow and Tammi Wallace, Grant Co-Chairs. We will respond in a timely manner.
